organizations. LSC believes that strong involvement in various professional organizations in the green
industry is integral in its training program to stimulate the supervisor's thirst for knowledge and thereby
foster greater understanding of their assigned duties and responsibilities.
LSC also put strong emphasis on further education/certification as a point of making itself best fit to handle
the complexities and magnitude of questions/problems associated with the green industry. Horticulturists,
Botanists, Certified Landscape Technicians, Certified Arborists, Certified Tree Workers, Certified Line
Clearance and Certified Pest Controllers are all degrees/certifications that current managers at LSC have
been expected to possess. The goal of having such personnel is to help the customers achieve their goals,
educate, and to keep them abreast with the new techniques, equipment, and knowledge happening in the

requires all its key employees to be computer literate. LSC pays for all computer classes and encourages
everybody to further enhance their IT knowledge.

WebCM process; therefore, this policy is a must.
